As a Vietnam specialty coffee brand, we bring quality Vietnam Arabica beans packed with flavors and delicacies that suit your taste.

SPECIALTY COFFEE FROM DALAT

We grow and hand-process rare and high-quality coffee varieties found in Dalat to produce specialty coffee that scored over 80 points according to SCA’s standard. Thus, Son Pacamara introduces Vietname Arabica coffee that meets the global standard.

SMALL BATCH & LIGHT ROASTED

We only do light to medium roasting levels for all of our beans. It not only helps preserve the bean’s natural flavors but also delivers a drink that benefits human health.

To ensure the freshness of the product, we use a 4kg-10kg coffee roaster to roast 5 -7 small batches every 5-6 days, then pack and deliver right from our Roastery.

After roasting, the beans are kept intact (without grinding) to ensure the best flavor preservation. Only when customers request ground coffee, we’ll grind in the size that matches their brewing method.

CUSTOMIZED AND HAND-PICKED PROCESS

We carefully control the coffee production process from cultivating to roasting by incorporating a seven-step procedure of manually selecting and picking defects. When it comes to roasting, we design different roasting profiles for each variety to optimize the outcome flavors of each type.  

WASHED PROCESS

In processing coffee, fermentation is a crucial part of optimizing the quality. At Sơn Pacamara, after many experiments, we apply a Fully Washed process to our coffee. This method creates a high acidic environment which is crucial for creating a clean cup of coffee with complex and delicate layers of flavors.
