Situated 3km off Dalat’s city center, Sơn Pacamara Roastery is a space for coffee lovers and a roasting place where we study the light roasting profile for each coffee. 

The roastery is the open place for you to explore and enjoy hand-brew coffee, packed with delicate flavors.

ROASTERY

Once processed on the Farm, coffee beans will be shipped to the factory for husking and removing defects. To ensure consistency before roasting, they’ll be transported to the Roastery to get defects removed, manually. 

A distinct profile for each variety helps optimize the beans’ natural flavors after roasting. Besides, to keep the coffee taste and smell fresh, we roast according to the orders placed, in small batches (10kg maximum) and deliver directly from the Roastery to your hands.

ROASTERY OPEN SPACE

Not just a coffee tasting space, Sơn Pacamara Roastery is a genuine roasting workshop, where we roast and pack fresh batches of coffee daily.

The entire space is designed openly so you can observe all the activities here. Additionally, you can chat with Ms. Mai (our roaster) to understand more about how the roasting process influences the quality of the coffee beans.
